Here is two what of our customers said about our Cold Pressed Range:

Long time customer of this fantastic company. Have just put another order in.

Jenny Bisset, Kaiapoi, North Canterbury

We all use the oil for different things but everyone is always so pleased with it!

I am pregnant and I have gone through a whole jar since January! I’m finding it works really well for my skin and is the only thing I moisturize my body with. I am also recommending my favorite coconut oil to everyone who asks what I use. We all use the oil for different things but everyone is always so pleased with it!

Thank you again.

  1. Hello Neil,
First I’d like to convey my deepest sympathies on the passing of your dear father. .
(and order a jar of your White Gold Organic
Coconut Oil. I’m sending a cheque today for $31.00).
My heart and prayers and love are with you and your family.

    Many Thanks.

    1. Yes, it will be $67.50 so $33.75 each. You need to click the dropdown arrow where it says “Select Quantity” on the right hand side of the “Add to Cart” button, and select “2 litres” to get the quality discount.

  6. Hello,
Can you please tell me what your best products are for these two things:
Coconut oil for cooking and coconut oil for my skin.
    Thanks
    Jen

    1. The general opinion of our customers is that Ancient Wisdom Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is fantastic on skin and White Gold Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil tastes delightful. All of the oils we carry are organic virgin coconut oil so they are suitable for both skin and eating.

  7. I am new to coconut oil and what would you suggest to use. The recipe says unrefined coconut oil. I am sure you can help me. Just a small amount needed. Thanks

    1. Hi Audrey,

All of the coconut oils we carry are unrefined. If you only need a small amount, we recommend White Gold Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 380 ml jar which is the smallest:

  8. Can I please pre order 1 Litre White Gold Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil?
When will it be in stock?

    Thank you

    1. Hi Amy,

More White Gold Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 1 L glass jars are arriving in the next 2 hrs so you can order it now 🙂

  9. I have just received my first refill pack of White Gold. I really like the idea of not needing to use a new glass jar every time I order. But now it is cooling down a bit I wonder what the best way is of getting it out of teh refill pack and into the glass jar. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    1. You can use a fork to scrape some out, or put it in a warm spot like in front of the fireplace (it’s like winter in the SI), or dip the whole bag in a bowl of warm water perhaps. The melting point is 24 degrees C so it softens very easily.

      1. Just leave it in the hot water cupboard overnight and it should be softened enough to get out. If not wait until after a shower when the hot water cupboard is a bit warmer and it should come right. Left long enough it will all melt and can be poured out as a liquid.

  11. I’m a bit confused. Can you cook with extra virgin coconut oil or not? Or should you use non-virgin coconut oil for (frying etc), and virgin for skin/eating? I’ve been reading a few different opinions, some saying the smoke point of non virgin coconut oil is high, but low for virgin. Please enlighten!

    Many thanks,

  19. Hi folks,

I am after some coconut oil for soap making. Never done it before so a smallish (1kg) lot would be good for starters. Also wanting to put together a soap making kit for my mum for Christmas so another 1kg would be great. My problem is you ahve so much choice I’m a little overwhelmed with what would be best for my purposes. A little help please?

    thanks heaps
    Nina

    1. Hi there. A flexipack of Ancient Wisdom is a good start. It’s not too strongly Coconut in its smell. It absorbs into skin well, and being a resealable flexipack is a good thing for a work area too.

      I hope that helps.
