Porridge without Oats (using Coconut Flour)
If you are looking for an easy way to use Coconut Flour, this has to be one of them. Lilian Dikmans of Real Food Healthy Body in Melbourne has really given us some inspiration here.
Ingredients:
- 2 x 20ml tablespoons golden flaxmeal
- 2 x 20ml tablespoons coconut flour
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- Handful of frozen raspberries
- Handful of raw nuts and/or seeds
