What can you expect to be different with these biscuits?

When I think of bought chocolate chip biscuits, I think of Cookie Bear, and those rather hard chocolate chip biscuits. (I was given a Cookie Bear when I was 5 years old).

A key difference with these biscuits, the oatmeal adds a little chew to their inner core. Then the Coconut Oil adds some crisp to the outside of them.

So these cookies provide you with a balance of:

  • chewy centre
  • crispy outer
