Why Coconut Flour with Crêpes?
Coconut Flour keeps you regular… and so do these berries. That is one reason why you really ought to make an excuse to try this Coconut Flour Crêpe Cake on a special occasion coming up in your calendar.
Crêpes with cream provide a wonderful celebration mood to the table setting. But some people just can’t handle grain and dairy. This recipe is adeptly adapted by Rose, from TheCleanDish.com to accommodate grain and dairy free diet restrictions.
Are there special guidelines for using Coconut Flour?
Readers have asked for Coconut Flour recipes. Well, this is one. But let’s remind ourselves that Coconut Flour requires a little bit of understanding. Generally speaking Coconut Flour can be added to ordinary flour at a rate of 15%, but anything beyond that requires eggs, or you can get a similar effect with ground flax or chia seeds.
Also, recipes with flour run the risk of going wrong if sifted flour is measured instead of unsifted flour. This guideline applies to Coconut Flour as well.
Below you’ll find the recipe. Be sure to look at the website link below the recipe for instructions on how to make this dish a success.
