Chopped
Coconut Meat is air gently dried while still raw, and chopped into various cuts. Fine or Medium Fine. Desiccated, Chips or Threads.

Ground
Creamed Coconut is dehydrated amd ground Coconut Meat (the meat not cut as above). Flour is the dehyrated and ground left over fibre after Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted from the milk of the Coconut meat.

Crystalised
Coconut Nectar from the bloom of some the Coconut Trees are tapped, and simmered down into crystals, in a traditional process. We call the end product Coconut Sugar.
